About The Blog

Hello and welcome to my humble little blog. I started The Tiny Kitchen because I wanted to keep enjoying good food without blowing up my calorie intake. Here, I try to recreate lower-calorie, some keto-friendly, as well as low-carb versions of my favourite meals and snacks by finding a substitute for otherwise indulgent ingredients and recipes. I'm no chef by any means--just a girl who knows that a good meal can heal the soul like a hot bowl of broth on a cold and stormy night. I also believe that life-proof fitness begins with good nutrition, supported by regular exercise--without having to deprive yourself completely of things you enjoy.


When I'm not in the kitchen cooking, I dedicate my time coaching others on motivation, fitness, and nutrition. I have a passion for helping people achieve better health so they can enjoy life better.
